Just a little St. Nicholas Day humor for you. So Aidan went to the bus stop this morning all excited because he got some fun stuff this morning from St. Nick. So he asks the little neighbor girl what she got from St. Nick. She said I don't think we celebrate St. Nicholas Day. Then Aidan quickly replied it is probably because you have been bad that you didn't get anything in your shoes. I wasn't sure what to say without ruining it for Aidan so I just said she hasn't been bad she probably just forgot to put her shoes out. He seemed to buy that. Poor Caroline. Next year I will have to bring candy over for her parents to put in her shoes for her.
