We got another beautiful warm day to go hunt for the perfect Christmas tree. We debated long and hard if we were going to go chop one down again this year or just buy a new artificial one but the boys won out as they really wanted to chop one down again. It took us a lot longer to find one we liked this year. I don't know if we just waited until too late in the season or what but it required a lot more walking and patience. The boys loved the tractor ride and free hot apple cider as well as playing on the tractors. I don't think this will become a tradition unless we remain in the south because I can't see this tradition being as fun in the snow.
